Terms of Service
By enrolling in the Next Steps Cohort, you agree to these terms. They’re written plainly because they should be.
1. The agreement
These Terms are between you and the joint venture of Leadmore (John T. Meyer) and DelegateIQ Growth Partners(Jacob B. West) — collectively referred to as “we” or “us.”
2. What you’re getting
The Next Steps Cohort is a 3-week, instructor-led program covering AI-powered meeting follow-up workflows using Granola, Claude, and related tools. Your purchase includes:
- Three live group sessions (60 min each)
- Three live office hours (60 min each)
- A 7-day pre-cohort onboarding email sequence
- Recordings and supporting resources for the duration of the cohort and at least 12 months after
3. What you’re not getting
- 1:1 coaching (talk to John separately if you want that)
- Subscriptions to Granola, Claude, or any third-party tools
- A guarantee of any specific business outcome
4. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. Prices are in USD. Your seat is reserved when payment clears.
5. Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If by the end of Session 2 you don’t have a working follow-up system, email us and we’ll refund you in full. After Session 2 has concluded, refunds are at our discretion.
6. Referrals
Each paying referral takes $100 off your seat, up to a maximum of 5 referrals (your full seat fee). The referral must enroll and pay before the cohort begins. There’s no unique tracking link — email jacob@delegateIQ.com or john@johnmeyer.com with the name of who you referred. Credits are issued after Session 1 (the first day of the cohort), are credit-only — no cash payouts — and we may close out the program at any time.
7. Your responsibilities
- Show up. Sessions are most valuable live.
- Complete the pre-cohort onboarding so Session 1 isn’t tech support.
- Don’t share session recordings, materials, or skills with non-enrolled people.
- Don’t be a jerk to instructors or fellow students.
8. Intellectual property
Course materials — recordings, slides, written guides, prompts, frameworks — are owned by Leadmore and DelegateIQ. You can use them in your own work and inside your business. You can’t redistribute them, sell them, or use them to teach a competing course.
Anything you build during the cohort — your custom skills, your prompts, your scheduled tasks — is yours. Take it with you.
9. Recordings
Live sessions are recorded for students who can’t attend. By participating, you consent to being recorded. If you appear on camera or speak, your contribution may be visible to other enrolled students. You can keep your camera off and mic muted any time.
10. Third-party tools
The curriculum involves third-party tools (Granola, Claude, Zoom, etc.). Their availability, pricing, and behavior are out of our control. We’ll do our best to keep the curriculum current if a vendor changes.
11. Limitation of liability
We’re sharing what works for us, and we’ll do our best to help you implement it. But we can’t guarantee specific results. Our maximum liability for any claim related to the cohort is limited to the amount you paid for your seat.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students by email. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA.
